Please note that our estimated delivery dates should be used as a guide only, as the courier can experience delays from time to time.
Please allow us 1-2 days for processing and preparing your order. Note that our shipping estimated time frames are in addition to our processing times. Our team does always their best to get your order out as soon as possible, but there is no guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame. Note that we do not ship out orders on weekends and on public holidays. As soon as your parcel has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL OUR ONLINE ORDERS ARE SHIPPED OUT FROM OUR EUROPEAN WAREHOUSE.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
Standard shipping orders will be sent out with Estonian Post - OMNIVA. Once the parcel reaches destination country, your national post will be responsible for the delivery. Your parcel will be trackable with the same tracking number on both - Omniva page and your local national postal service page.
TAXES
Please note that KISS 'N' THRILL is not responsible for any local custom charges that customer may witness when the package is held by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
PACKAGES SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS MAY TAKE EXTRA TIME TO BE DELIVERED, PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN TRYING TO ESTIMATE A DELIVERY DATE.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled with notificationa via email to us at info@kissnthrill.com withn 24HRS of order placement. IIf your order has been fulfilled and shipped out, we are unable to make any change to the address or cancel the order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days after getting your hands on the package. Please email us at info@kissnthrill.com, be sure to include your full name and order number. If the 14 days have passed we are not able to take back any products since hygienic reasons. So please react as soon as possible if you have a problem with your order. Once you have received instructions how to return your order, it needs to be shipped back to us within 5 days. Once the 5 days have passed and we have not received a notification that the parcel has been shipped back to us including tracking number, we are not able to accept the return.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGES ARE ON CUSTOMERS EXPENSE. WE DO NOT COVER SHIPPING FOR RETURNING & EXCHANGE ITEMS.
SALE products may only be returned for STORE CREDIT. Sale item on our website is an item that has been bought with a reduced price. Once we send you instructions how to return your item, you have to let us know at info@kissnthrill.com that you have shipped it. All returns and exchanges need to be shipped back to us no more than 5 days after receiving instructions on how to do it. Once 5 days have passed and we have not heard back from you, we are not able to refund/exchange the products.
Orders placed with gift card are eligible for EXCHANGE only. We are not able to make refunds on orders that were bought with gift cards.
FINAL SALE ITEMS are final sale, and we do not offer exchange or refund on these items. Please keep that in mind when making your purchase.
All items sent back to us need to be in perfect new condition with tags and hygienic sticker attached. We are not able to take back any items that do not have tags or hygienic sticker attached. All merchandise returned for replacements are subject to full inspection. Note that underwear must be worn when trying on bottoms, if any items are returned stained or soiled, the exchange will be refused. In case of a refund, money will be returned within 5 days after the inspection.
WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING OR CUSTOMS COSTS.
Shipping and customs cost for returning items for exchanges and refunds are not covered by KISS 'N' THRILL.
Please note that we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in shipping. In that case you must file a claim with the carrier. We suggest when sending packages back to us, to use trackable postal service.
