Frequently asked questions
As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Standard shipping is handled via Omniva (Estonian Post).Once the parcel reaches your country, your national postal service will handle final delivery.
- You can track your parcel on both the Omniva website and your local postal service page using the same tracking number.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Kissnthrill OÜ is not responsible for any local custom charges, duties, or taxes. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Packages subject to customs may experience delivery delays beyond our control.
If you havent receiveid your order or can not access tracking information, please reach out to our support team at: support@kissnthrill.com
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing support@kissnthrill.com.
Once an order has been fulfilled and a tracking number issued, we are unable to cancel the order or modify the shipping address.
Exchanges are available 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, items must be returned in perfect, new condition:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unstained. Original tags and hygiene stickers must be firmly attached.
