DELIVERY POLICY
1. Delivery Areas
Kissnthrill OÜ proudly offers international shipping. We deliver to the following regions:

Europe: All EU member states, United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

North America: USA and Canada.

Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and others.

Asia: Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and others.

Oceania: Australia and New Zealand.

2. Order Processing (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding Estonian public holidays).

Processing includes payment verification, a final quality control check of your swimwear, and secure packaging for international transit.
3. Delivery Times (Transit Time)
Estimated delivery times vary by destination. These timeframes represent the journey from our Estonian facility to your door:

Estonia & Baltic States: 2–5 working days.

European Union: 5–10 working days.

Middle East & Asia: 7–15 working days.

North America & Oceania: 7–14 working days.
Note: Deliveries to Asia and the Middle East may occasionally experience additional transit time (up to 20 days) depending on local customs clearance procedures.
4. Origin of Shipment
All products are shipped exclusively from Estonia, Europe. By shipping directly from our headquarters, we maintain 100% control over product quality and environmental standards. We do not use international "dropshipping" or third-party fulfillment centers outside of Estonia.
5. Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination. The final shipping fee is clearly displayed at the final checkout stage before your payment is processed.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders delivered to Asia, the Middle East, North America, and other non-EU regions:

The recipient is the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer; Kissnthrill OÜ has no control over these charges.
7. Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our Estonian warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to follow your order in real-time through the carrier's international tracking portal.
8. Receipt and Inspection
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the packaging is significantly damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the package so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.
