GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE (CGV)

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the sale of products made on the website www.kissnthrill.com (the "Site"), operated by Kissnthrill OÜ, to consumer customers. Any order placed on the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

Article 3 – Products

The products offered for sale (swimwear and apparel) are those described on the Site on the day of consultation. Descriptions and photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. While we strive for 100% accuracy, minor variations in color or texture may occur due to digital rendering. Products are intended for personal use only.

Article 4 – Price and Payment

  • Currency: Prices are indicated in Euros (€) or the local currency selected, including all applicable taxes (TTC), unless stated otherwise.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already validated.

  • Payment: Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We accept major credit cards and authorized secure payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Pay) as displayed at checkout.

Article 5 – Delivery

  • Processing: Orders are generally processed within 24 to 48 business hours.

  • Shipping Times: Delivery times are indicative and typically range between 3 and 14 working days depending on the destination.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be sent via email once the order is dispatched.

  • Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon physical receipt of the goods.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day window from the receipt of your product to exercise your right of withdrawal without justification.

  • Condition for Returns: Due to the nature of our products (swimwear), items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene liners intact, and in original packaging.

  • Return Costs: * In case of a defective or non-compliant product, Kissnthrill OÜ covers return shipping.

    • In case of change of mind or size exchange, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned items, via the original payment method.

Article 7 – Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content (text, graphics, logos, and images) are the proprietary property of Kissnthrill OÜ, protected by Estonian and international copyright and trademark laws. Users are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only.

Article 8 – User Representations and Prohibited Activities

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You agree not to use the Site for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to:
