PAYMENT POLICY

1. Payment Methods Accepted

Orders placed on www.kissnthrill.com can be paid using the following secure payment methods. All available options are clearly displayed at the final checkout stage before you confirm your purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro.

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay, Shopify Pay.

  • Secure Payment Gateways: PayPal

We do not accept cash on delivery, personal checks, or bank transfers unless specifically stated at the time of checkout.

2. Payment Security

Your security is our priority. All transactions on our Site are completely secure:

3. Payment Timing

  • Authorization & Debit: The total order amount is debited from your account at the moment your payment is validated and the order is placed.

  • Confirmation: Your order is considered confirmed only after successful authorization from your bank or payment provider. You will receive an automated order confirmation email immediately after a successful transaction.

4. Refusal or Failure to Pay

In the event that a payment is declined or fails:

  • The order will not be processed or validated.

  • We recommend checking your card details, ensuring sufficient funds are available, or contacting your bank to see if they are blocking international transactions (as we are based in Estonia).

  • You are encouraged to try an alternative payment method if the issue persists.

5. Billing and Currency

  • Pricing: All prices are shown in Euros (€) (or your local currency if converted by our site) and include all applicable taxes.

  • No Hidden Fees: The total price displayed at the final checkout page is the final amount you will pay. We do not add hidden "handling" or "payment processing" fees.

  • Invoicing: A digital receipt/invoice is sent to the email address provided during checkout. You can also access your order history through your customer account.

6. Payment Disputes

If you notice any discrepancies or have questions regarding a charge from Kissnthrill, please contact our support team immediately before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We aim to resolve all billing inquiries amicably and swiftly.
