Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Hygiene stickers on swimwear bottoms must remain intact — items returned without them will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, email us at support@kissnthrill.com with your full name and order number. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
